Richard Peoples has been part of the team at Foods Connected since 2014, having previously specialised within the packaging and food manufacturing sectors. Benefitting from being involved in the creation of many of the solutions that Foods Connected offer today, Richard is able to use his extensive system knowledge to ensure that all users are getting maximum value from the platform. He was instrumental in setting up the Customer Support framework within Foods Connected which has been able to handle the rapid growth of our user base.
Richard is currently Head of Customer Support & Product Management for Foods Connected, which involves ensuring that all day to day interactions with users are managed effectively, and any issues are being triaged and escalated to the relevant teams. This insight is also invaluable when working within the Product Team to determine which areas of the system require additional maintenance or even future development.
Sharon Leathem is the Technical and Quality Manager at White’s Oats and has over 15 years of Quality Experience within the Food Industry.
Sharon's focus is to achieve safe, legal and high-quality products in line with Food Safety & Quality Procedures, Customer Standards and codes of Practices delivering continued business improvements in line with Strategic objectives. Sharon works closely with various customer and retailers and ensures compliance with all customer standards.
In order to achieve and support this White's are in the process of implementing Foods Connected with one of the modules focusing on Supplier Manager systems to manage and control Supplier Approval including Questionnaires, documentations, specifications etc.
